RAZER Ferox 2 x 3W 2.0 Speakers

Pros: Extremely portable. The included carrying case is slightly larger than a can of pop. I bring these to work and play music on them all day. I can charge via usb too, and since the cord is all in one, I can randomly charge it whenever possible. Battery life is listed at 12 hours, but I have never had these die on me. The longest I've gone without charging is a couple days. While at work, I stream pandora on these and everyone always comments on how loud these little things are. These are audible from a few rooms away too, so I don't have to carry them around if I don't want. The 360* claim... Is True :D I used to have boomboxes and other stereos at work, and the others don't sound clear or as loud if your not directly facing them. If the cables aren't plugged in and you "open" the speaker, they do not turn on. Awesome power save feature since they sometimes raise up while in the case. Push Up feature is useful btw, I can close one or both to have a talk with someone.

Cons: Cord is proprietary so if you loose it, the difficulty finding a replacement could bring trouble. It would be amazing if these were made to daisy chain together out of the box, or if a stand to hold four were available.

Overall Review: Well worth the $50. You won't find a more portable, dependable or easy to use set of speakers anywhere else. I am sad that razer Moray desktop speakers are discontinued because my friend has them and they are amazing.

Pros: great sound quality in small packaging very very loud for how small it is very portable surround-sound like feeling

Cons: once you plug in the wires, you can't tell which side is left or right yes it does have very good sound quality, but don't expect any disco dance bass out of these speakers. short cords

Overall Review: I have a friend who also bought this and he's been complaining how this speaker doesn't have a volume adjuster. My thought is that these are portable speakers so they're really for laptop(hence "for mobile gamers" in the product description). Plus modern day laptops have those multimedia buttons on the laptop so you can easily adjust the volume anywhere, therefore I think missing volume adjuster isn't that big of a deal. Where the sound quality is fairly good but facing the reality, these are only 3W x2 portable speakers.. for that I would say it pumps out really good sounds but it isn't a house shaker with bass. I personally think razer could've done little better with the wires but it's not that big of a deal. If razer came up with a little bass packing speakers with better wire solutions I say this product deserves 5 stars.

Pros: -Sounds decent considering the size which makes them easy to pack up and go.

Cons: -Very small (Both a plus and a minus really) -No volume control on the speakers themselves (not good when gaming) -The usb charger and speaker wire are the same wire kind of defeating the point of the batteries built into the speakers. -The wires are about 2 feet long so get some extension cords. -Because they are so small the bass is limited and the mid and highs aren't very defined.

Overall Review: If you need something small that makes sounds, this will do the job. If you want quality sounds with some umph behind them, these are not the speakers for you. For a LAN Party set I don't mind these to much though I really wish it had volume controls on the speakers. I didn't think that was a big deal until I got these and realized how much i use it.

Pros: - Duplicates surround sound feeling with the 360 sound - Compact, Tiny - Decent charge life - Very loud for size - Awesome portability used with phone, PC, laptop can take it anywhere in the case it comes with.

Cons: - Sound gets a little crackled when sound is very high - Cable is terrible for any large setups ie my desktop is on the larger side had to get a extender in order to plug in sound so expect to spend a little more to get extensions/or adapters to plug in speakers properly

Overall Review: Was really surprised to see the true size of the speakers I originally thought they would be much bigger. The only hassle is the cord being to short for my desktop. But for price, sound overall quality it was worth the order. But like I said u may need to spend a little more to get the cable to work with whatever setup your using it for

Pros: much more powerful than you would expect very compact nice case to take them on trips in one of them died (probably my fault playing them to loud), and Razer exchanged both of them with almost no effort from me at all. VERY durable can be closed when not in use, or to turn them off

Cons: No low end bass, mostly highs and mids.

Overall Review: As a set of portable speakers they do the job. But if you listen to music alot you'd be better off getting a decent set of headphones.

Pros: These speakers put out a good amount of sound for their tiny exterior. I was surprised to learn I had my system volume at 25% with the amount of sound they were putting out. Love the minimal space on my desk these take up.

Cons: The short cord, while I understand these are for laptops it required some rearranging of my desk. The lows are somewhat nonexistant, dont expect any bass from these speakers.

Overall Review: I'd recommend these speakers to anyone looking for something portable or that takes up a minimal footprint on their desk.

Overall Review: These are NOT an audiophile's dream. You're not going to get serious deep bass out of speakers this small, it's just not physically possible. Sound quality is not going to be B&O clear. What you DO get is amplified sound. In my case I regularly pair these with my Nexus 7 when ambient noise is drowning out the pathetically underpowered tablet speakers. For my uses, these speakers work perfectly. If you have reasonable expectations for what these are intended for [portable sound amplification] you won't be dissapointed. Batteries last several hours before needing a charge, I've never run them full to empty so i can't give an exact.
