What devices are compatible with this wireless charger?
This wireless charger is compatible with iPhone 17-12 series, some Samsung and Google phones, Apple Watch, AirPods (AirPods require a wireless charging case, as not all cases support wireless charging), and some Samsung and Huawei earbuds.
Is it compatible with other watches?
No, this charging station only supports Apple Watches.
Will a phone case affect the charging speed?
Phone cases thicker than 2.5mm or non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency or even prevent charging, so we do not recommend using them.
My phone is charging slowly. What should I do?
Please use the included original charger and data cable or a QC3.0 or PD25w or higher adapter to charge.
What about different lighting modes?
This charging station has four lighting modes: RGB, warm light, blue light, and green light, providing different lighting options based on the charging status.
