I'm using this phone with t-mobile 4G . Is LTE 4G?

It worked without issue when i installed an AT&T SIM card. I have not tried it with another carrier though.

Does this phone work with the Sprint network?

I believe it does.  Consumer Reports, in its December 2013 review of smartphones has it in a list about Sprint, telling how it services  Samsung Galaxy  S3.

I use Consumer Cellular which I understand  uses AT&T.  You might look into that   Consumer Cellular is rated very highly for service and their price seems low.
