does this pone accept a sim card? or only activated for Verizon?

It accepts a microSD SIM card. If you have one in an existing phone, just install it (carefully so you don't damage it), turn on the phone to go thru setup, and a few hours later, you have your S5 updated with the latest software and your apps. At least on Verizon. Since it says it's for Verizon, I have to believe them.

Does this work for tmobile?

No, it does not. This phone does not contain the necessary internal antennae to connect to the T-Mobile/Sprint carrier network. There is a Online T-Mobile checker that I used after I ordered the phone, and they said no. Resource: Ting Wireless, T-Mobile Phone Checker

since this is unlocked will it work on AT&T in addition to Verizon? According to the specs it has both CDMA (Verison) & GSM (AT&T, etc.)
