Cons: The cartridge cost too much. The printer with the original cartridge cost $20 less!

Overall Review: Need to be able to buy a reasonably priced cartridge.

Pros: It is a genuine Samsung cartridge and works as expected. No issues. Packaging was clean and undamaged.

Overall Review: I always recommend buying OEM toner cartridges. After having to clean toner out of printers for 5 years from defective "re-manufactured" or "recycled" cartridges, I learned my lesson. (I was a field tech for 5 years).

Pros: Easy installation, quick & quiet printing. A great multifunction unit that is simple enough for a computer & electronics novice to work with.

Cons: This unit doesn't have a phone option so if the phone/fax line attached to the machine is also used as an actual phone line, you'll want to get a filter so you don't have the fax machine grunts in the background of your calls.
