Why isn’t my OntheGo charger working or charging consistently?
The OntheGo charger requires a minimum 36W (3-in-1) or 30W (2-in-1) USB-C PD power adapter with a dedicated output. Many phone chargers or multi-port adapters do not supply enough power, which can cause charging to stop or not start.
Do I need a magnetic case or adapter ring for the OntheGo 2-in-1 Charger if I am using a Q1-enabled device?
Yes, for Q1-enabled devices, you must use either a magnetic case or a magnetic adapter ring to ensure proper attachment and charging.
Will my devices charge faster when charging one device at a time?
No, each charging bay will output a fixed wattage regardless of what device is being charged. 15W for Qi2 Wireless charging (phone), and 5W for the Apple Watch.
Can I use my MacBook Power adapter on the OntheGo 2-in-1 Charger?
Yes. You can use any USB-C power adapter on the charger. We recommend at least a 36W or higher power adapter.
Will the charger work with my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro or Anker earbuds that has a wireless charging case?
Yes. It will work with any earbuds that is utilizing the Qi Wireless charging technology.
