Hi, I'm Looking to connect my Wii (And possibly Ps3 in the future) to my CPU monitors. They only have a HDMI and DVI cable in. If I get this and a VGA to HDMI adapter would it work with good quality to connect my wii to my monitor?

Not sure, sorry.  I've only used it to go straight to VGA and it's worked great for me.  Then again, I've also only used it on older systems (N64 primarily) where I'm not sure poor quality would really show.

Question 2

I need to run Composite Video for a DVD player and VGA input for a compter to export out ot VGA. Will this device allow this type of connection? I do not need them to run togther but as a seperate input. Thanks.

The HVR-950Q RT is a tuner that plugs into your computer via a USB connection.  The tuner has a coax input from either an antenna or cable connection.  I have Cox Cable.  There also is a video input which the instructions state is for an external video source using either composite or S-video.  The tuner comes with a cable for this but I have never used it.  I use the tuner with Windows Media Center on a laptop running Windows 7.  The output is whatever your computer has.
