is the HDMI port 30 or 60hz?

Can I link my laptop to 2 monitors with this product?

I've been using this with a MacBook Pro to drive two external monitors, and it's been mostly fine though occasionally when I plug it into the computer it will only send a signal to one monitor at first. Unplugging both monitors and plugging them back in usually gets them both to come back. It's an occasional annoyance.
