Would I be able to mount intake fans in the front and a watercooling AIO on the top with the hardware included, or would I need to purchase anything additional?

It only comes with one mounting plate. I think you can buy another, or fashion something similar out of foam board. I have my 360 AIO mounted on the side, between the front and the motherboard with the rear cover removed.
