Poor quality control, No customer support! 2/9/2020 10:32:26 AM

Pros: Looks great, plenty of room and things can be moved around.

Cons: Poor quality control, one of the side door guides was broken off, contacted thermaltake over one week now no response.
It come with one 140mm fan and it is a plain black fan, at this price it should come with the shown 200mm RGB front fans.

Overall Review: I would recommend, but get it on sale! Do not expect any support from ThermalTake!

A nightmare to work in 2/4/2020 12:01:34 AM

Pros: Pretty colors

Cons: * Everything else. Seriously.
* Forget about using the side mounted 240mm radiator mesh; you'll never fit a GPU in the case with a radiator there. And even the top mounted 240mm mesh is a tight fit for most motherboards (especially with the 12v CPU power cables).
* The HDD bay ruins any room you have for cables in the PSU bay. Sure, it can be removed, but some people still use HDDs. If you have a HDD, you better have a slim factor PSU, or you're gonna have a bad time.
* PSU bay shield cannot be removed, making working under there a major PITA.
* Front panel airflow is non-existent.
* Front fans lack any and all filtering (not that it matters....see previous bullet point).
* Front panel connectors are too short, making routing options for them limited.
* No room between back panel and case housing for cables.

Overall Review: Every step of putting a rig into this case was a nightmare. We finally managed it, after hours of blood, sweat, and tears. Too many tears. Stay away from this dumpster fire.

Unique, inexpensive, cavernous case with shoddy build quality 1/25/2020 12:03:35 PM

Pros: -unique layout with horizontal motherboard tray
-can fit huge amount of radiators for water cooling, or just lots of fans
-removable trays for motherboard and fan/radiator mounting
-tempered glass all around looks nice

Cons: Shoddy build quality and materials. When I first took it out of the box, the case was bent in the back and pieces of 2 rivets were loose inside. While building it, 3 more rivets snapped and left loose pieces rattling in the case. The rivets are made of a material that looks and feels like plastic. The case flexes and feels like it will fall apart if I move it too much. Also the bottom filter is bent and won't straighten and one of the plastic tabs that hold it in has snapped. The 1 included fan is a cheap 3 pin non-pwm that you will probably want to replace.

Overall Review: If you need a cheap, very large case and don't plan on moving it much once it's built, this should work fine. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for.

Giant case! Horrendous Thumb scrrews 1/24/2020 3:09:10 PM

Pros: Giant, more room then you could ever need!

Cons: Thumb screws needed an electric drill to get off, had to remove one of the PCIE slot metal guards manually ignoring the screw because it was stuck.

Overall Review: Do not buy this product unless you have patience and an electric drill

All looks, poor quality 1/23/2020 2:00:55 AM

Pros: -None that makes it outstanding other than the look it has. It's major selling points are also it's major flaws. That being said I will still list them

-RGB fans with fan 4 channel fan card
-Glass front and side panel
-Room for push/pull rad on front
-psu shroud with open end to display psu

Cons: -First off. The airflow is horrendous with the front glass panel. If it had 10 mm more room it would be fine. The side vents are useless since the air does not flow that way and the fans that come along can not push enough air to even feel it. The fans that come equipped use cutom 5 pin headers that are a pain to take out. So unless you can cable mod they are useless without the fan controller.
-The interior panel for cabling has at less than or equal to 35 mm of clearance with no help for cable routing. Defiantly not enough room to work in. If you want your pc to be viable to play games you need about 6-8 fans and that is too much cabling. Had to bundle it all in the psu shroud which is not good for airflow. The HDD and SDD cages MUST be removed if you want to do proper cabling. Also hard to add fans on the internal right since the wires usually lay over the exhaust/intake screen and reduce airflow. Putting on the back panel is also a hassle since you have to lock both the top and bottom into the little slots and they can be fickle about sliding back into place.
-no rubber grommets (practically every pc has these. It is a must imo)
-The ATX layout is a bit awkward. With the Gigabyte Aorus Elite B450 the standoffs were off by a 1-2 mm. Not able to properly use all standoffs. Had to struggle a bit to insert vga due to having to move the mobo so close by the edge of the pci slots to have standoffs, that actually fit, sit properly.

Is this a bad case? Not entirely. It looks good and is made of quality material, but it has too many problems for what it is worth. Better cases out there for the same price, some with more/better features.

Overall Review: -No would not recommend to anyone
-No would not buy again
-Make more space to work in. Improve airflow and design.

The coolest thing on my desk. 1/22/2020 11:18:17 AM

Pros: Looks great on my desk.

Cons: Needed to add LEDs to get the full benefit of viewing the inside.

Overall Review: Purchased this case to recase an aging PC. The case is well made and looks great. I added some LEDs inside to get the full benefit of the glass cube.

Great case but... 1/4/2020 4:46:56 PM

Pros: Roomy
Lots of choices for placement of water cooling

Cons: See below

Overall Review: This is a great case. On the expensive side, but overall a great design and quality build. There is only 1 flaw... and it's HUGE. The "front panel" USB ports are HORRIBLY tight. I have lost 3 cables and 2 thumb drives to this issue. They plug in fine but the ports refuse to let the device pull out. I've had to break everything I've plugged into the ports. This renders them totally useless and has cost me additional funds as well as data loss (as well as lost revenue due to the lost data being mainly client files). This is unacceptable at any price point, let alone on a case so expensive. I am not happy and will not purchase another Thermaltake case in the foreseeable future.
