Can you put a optical drive on this case?

Yes, three spots for it on the top half. I didn’t put one in mine but I could. The wires may cramp the inside a little though as I don’t have one and my wires were hard to manage putting it together. That’s probably a personal preference though.

i bought this case awhile ago was wondering if you could mount a liquid cooling radiator at the top of the case??

Since there are no threaded holes, yes, but you might need to do some modifying to make it work. It should be possible to put the screws into the radiator from the outside, if you can get them to line up with the vent's hex grid.

Does it comes with dust filter for psu....???

Yes. In the hot summer days I recommend NOT using dust filters because you pc can only be as cool as the room its in.

Will this fit a 1080 card in it?

Yeah man, it can fit pretty much any card you can throw in it. What size motherboard are you using? If it is mATX the MasterBox Lite 3.1 might be a better option. It comes with a tempered glass window and the build quality is much more solid. Good Luck!

I bought the case and theres a red LED light on the top next to the reset switch blinking, is that the HDD light or something else?

Yes that is the HDD indicator. That and the light on the power button are the only 2 lights on the front/top of the case.

Does this case support a micro motherboard? if so please met me know soon i need help quick.

It looks like it would fit both an ATX and Micro ATX motherboards.
