Is it new and Factory Unlocked?

I could not confirm if they were factory refurbish or new, but the 3 phones that I purchased were in new condition.  No scratches or blemishes.  The phones were unlocked and they were successfully used on AT&T's network.   I would not attempt to use them on Verizon's network unless the vendor indicated that they are compatible, since the two BB models for each network are slightly different. Good Luck...

This one is new.  Mine arrived with zero signs of having been opened.  Most unlocked phones you buy are refurbished because they only offer them locked through the carriers, then someone unlocks them.  Sony has very little distribution through carriers so they actually sell new unlocked ones through retailers like Newegg.  This phone was never locked, as opposed to locked and then unlocked, which is why you are able to obtain it new.

yes, we need to puchase some of this model, we need to know is the B.B. 9900 is unlocked and brand new?
