What does the red indicator light mean?
White light = battery above 30%. Solid red = 20-30%, time to charge. Flashing red = below 20%, charge now. While charging: red = charging, white = fully charged. Anything different after a full charge? Contact our support team.
Why did my massage gun turn off by itself?
Usually it's protection, not a fault: auto-stop after 10 minutes of use (long-press 3s to restart), power-down after 20 seconds idle, or an overheat pause (cool 5 minutes). It won't run while charging. Still off on a full charge? Contact support.
Why won't it turn on while plugged in?
That's by design: the M7 Plus stays inactive during charging and cannot be powered on until you unplug it. Disconnect the cable, then long-press the power button to start. While charging, a red light means charging and white means fully charged.
Which attachment and speed should I use for sensitive areas?
Use the Air Cushion Head - its cushioned surface is built for sensitive areas - and start on Level 1, the gentlest of 5 levels. Let it rest lightly on the muscle instead of pressing in, and move up a level only if it stays comfortable.
How do I attach the massage heads securely?
Power off first. Push the head straight in, rotate clockwise until fully tightened, then give it a light tug to confirm it's locked. To remove, power off and rotate counterclockwise. A loose fit usually just means it needs one more turn.
