The Lifestyle V20 Home Theater System combines Bose's legendary audio quality with Full 1080p HD video. The heart of the system is the media console. Once you have made all of the connections you can tuck it away out of sight so that all you see is the remote display panel. There are 4 input sections on the back. All of them have component, S-Video and composite jacks. Two of the inputs have HDCP compliant HDMI ports. Audio is handled by either RCA-Stereo inputs or optical connections.
Once you get everything plugged in the ADAPTiQ audio calibration system fine tunes the system for the best possible sound quality. It analyzes the room's acoustics and speaker placement so that you hear things the way the producer intended you to. The Acoustimass module and Direct/Reflecting satellite speakers combine to transform the incoming signal into an auditory experience like none other.
The proprietary Videostage 5 decoding circuitry works with the 5.1 and DTS decoders to give you a surround sound experience from almost any source. This includes videocassettes and older TV shows and movies. The V20 will also synchronize audio and video signals to correct any timeslip that may happen during video enhancement and upscaling to 1080p.
