Is this stand compatible with the iPad Pro 12.9 or the latest Samsung Galaxy tablets?
Yes, it fits most 10"-14" tablets with a maximum thickness of 0.39" (10 mm). Please note: It is not compatible with devices over 14 inches like the Tab S9 Ultra or tablets equipped with thick, heavy-duty cases.
How does the "Keyless" anti-theft system work to keep my tablet secure in public areas?
It utilizes specialized anti-theft screws and an included security wrench to lock the tablet arms in place. This keyless design provides professional-grade security for retail while eliminating the risk of losing physical keys.
Can the base be permanently attached to a counter to prevent the entire stand from being stolen?
Absolutely. The solid Ø7.87" (200 mm) steel base features pre-drilled holes, allowing you to bolt it directly to your countertop using the included hardware for maximum stability and theft prevention in high-traffic areas.
Will the charging cables be visible and messy when using the stand at a reception desk?
No. Our clean cable management system allows you to route the charging cord internally through the column and out through the bottom hole of the base. This keeps your POS station professional and free of cluttered wires.

Yes. You can adjust the height from 10.43" to 15.94" (265 to 405 mm) and tilt the screen 180°. The 360° rotation also allows for quick switching between portrait and landscape modes for a perfect view.
