Do you recommend the 5D Mark IV or 1DX Mark II for landscape photography?

Absolutely go with the Mark IV, But I would be careful with cameras you buy on Newegg, these 3rd party sellers are kind of sketchy, research the sellers before buying, make sure you get a genuine product, and not some grey market camera. Beware of New York based businesses based on experience.
