what differences between 5D mark 3 and 6D ? Even both are Full Frame body. Which one is better in Video shooting ?

The main difference you are going to see with the 5D Mk iii is that it has an anti-moire filter built in.  If you shoot a lot of video, you know moire and aliasing can be a huge problem, so this feature is great.  However, you can buy a VAF Filter for about 300 bucks and put in on your 6D, and take care of that problem.  That is what I did, and I love it.  And saved myself over a thousand dollars.  The 5D Mkiii has a few other features, like a head phone jack, and quicker white balancing, but not enough to justify the much higher price.  If we are talking photography, different story, but if you are primarily using your DSL for video, there is nearly as much difference.  So yeah, I guess the 5D Mkii is better, but a thousand dollars better?  I'd say no.

Are the lenses from a Canon EOS interchangeable with the 5D?

Depends on what model EOS you have.  Canon makes two basic lens types, ES-F (for APS-C models) and EF (for full frame models).  You can take the EF lens and use them on APS-C cameras but not the other way around (EF-S lens on a full frame camera).  The EOS 6D is an APS-C model the 5D is a full frame.  Hope this helps.
