What color is the body of the camera?

The color is silver. This is a Europe spec camera sold out of a larger kit with NO U.S. warranty (gray market).

is lens interchangeable?

In short, yes. It uses the EF-M mount that has 3 lenses now. You would have to get an EF/EF-s adapter to use other Canon lenses. I've also seen other adapters for older non digital SLR lenses.
