Q1: Do I need a TF card to use the recorder?
A: Yes. This recorder uses a 32GB TF card for storage and has no built-in memory. Please insert the included card before recording.
Q2: How do I know if the recorder is recording?
A: Slide the side recording switch up. The screen will show “Recording” when recording is active.
Q3: Does it save automatically when I turn it off? Why did the recording stop by itself?
A: Yes, but we strongly recommend stopping the recording before powering off to avoid data loss. Recording may stop if the battery is low or the TF card is full. Please fully charge before long sessions.
Q4: What is the recommended recording distance?
A: The recorder can capture sound from distances up to 50 ft. For clearer and more balanced audio, we recommend placing the recorder approximately 3–15 ft from the sound source, depending on the environment.
Q5: I can’t find my recordings. Where are they saved?
A: All recordings are saved on the TF card and are automatically named by date and time. Please connect the recorder to a computer to view and manage your files.
