can you wirelessly charge it?

No, you must use the micro plug USB cable. When using the headset, the app on your desktop or laptop shows you the amount of charge left. I’ve also used it plugged in once to see if it worked while plugged in.

does this headset require the Icue software for full functionality? or does the headset work standalone?

It does not require the software. The software is only for control over the rgb leds on the sides and enables voice prompts for things like "charging" and "low battery"

How is the battery life on these?

I've never really had any trouble with them, but I haven't checked how many hours they last. I plug them in at least overnight. I have a pair at home and a pair at work and they suit both gaming and conferencing needs just fine.

Are the batteries replaceable and what type battery do these use?

I have the VOID Pro from 2018. I'm under assumption that this exactly the same minus some hardware differences. So probably no battery change. just a charging cable that is known to go bad easily within your first year of constant use.
