where is the ac adaptor on your website to fit and charge this device?

Device is equipped with standard micro USB port for charging, and comes with a short micro USB to USB cable, which doubles as both the cable from the power bank to the phone/tablet/whatever you are charging and also serves as the charging cable to charge the power bank. Any 1A USB charger should be able to charge this power bank, or in a pinch, a phone charger with a micro USB cable should do just as well.

is this dual voltage? can it be use in other country where the voltage is 220?

This unit is charged from a USB charger or your computer USB 2.0 port.

If you use a USB charger to plug into an electrical outlet the charger and the electrical outlet must be compatible.  The charger output at the mini connector must always be 5 Volts DC, no matter what the input voltage to the charger is; that is either 120 V AC or 240V AC input must always output 5 Volts DC.

Which charger do you recommend for this product ?

I use my Nokia (lumia 1020) charger with it. It works fine and on first use I was able to charge my phone at 100% and my wifes to 95% she has the Lumia icon. You can also use you USB port on your competer to charge it. What I like about this one is that it has a power switch and led's shows the remaining level. Nice case body is metal not plastic. Seeing nothing specifically mentioned in the specs except iPhones, will this charge android phones i:e: Galaxy S 4 and 5?

It should as Android phones is based on micro-USB & USB power input.  It comes with a USB cable, but you use your own recharger (like the Galaxy recharger, any Non-Apple tablet including Kindle recharger) or buy a $6 AC recharger to carry with you when traveling.

will it work on apple products?

Yes, but you have to provide the Apple cable (either the 30-pin or newer Lightning) ..   this comes with a micro-USB cable for Android devices or any device that uses micro-USB like Kindle, etc.  If you use a non-OEM Lightning cable, be sure it's "certified" or the Apple device will give error message "not supported."

Question 6

Is the purpose of this for when people go camping or when they will be without electricity for a long period of time?  I thought of keeping it in my car in an emergency and my phone dies.  How long with this thing keep a charge for? Thanks.

Yes, exactly. I keep mine for my motorcycle rides, no charger. Recharges my phone very quickly . I highly recommend!
