The all-new Slim Armor S Case is specifically designed to protect your iPhone 5 at all angles. The case is slimmer than the previous version, but more protective with advanced shock-absorption technology. The Slim Armor S is double layered with a shock-absorbent TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) case as the body, and a polycarbonate hard case shell. The hard case portion is interchangeable with other Slim Armor S hard cases.
Compared to the previous version, the redesigned TPU inner lining is softer, but delivers better button response and improves impact protection. The polycarbonate midsection has an improved matte finish coating for a better grip and feel. The Slim Armor S is designed to highlight the two-toned colors and the original design of the iPhone 5.
