Questions 1: How to change RGB backlight?
Answers:
- Press FN+1 to FN+9 can change different keyboard light effects.
- Press FN+9 to enter custom zone mode, use FN+?/? to select among 8 lighting zones and FN+?/? to switch between 7 colors.
- Under solid color mode (FN+4), adjust the background color with FN+?/?.
- 3 brightness levels are available: FN+PGUP to decrease brightness and FN+PGDN to increase brightness.
- You can also change the backlight direction via FN+?/?.
- The mouse features 13 light modes, which can be switched by pressing the forward button together with the DPI key.
Questions 2: Are keys removable for cleaning?
Answers: Yes. The keys on this keyboard are removable for easy cleaning, so you no longer have to worry about dropping garbage or food on the keyboard while gaming or at work.
Questions 3: Does keyboard require software installation?
Answers: No. This USB wired gaming keyboard and mouse plug and play, no driver or software needed. Very easy to use for gaming and work
Questions 4: Is it conformtable for long time gaming or working?
Answers: The wired keyboard has an ergonomic design. Curved keycaps, stepped layout, collapsible feet, and crater keys. Gives you a comfortable typing experience and improves the accuracy of keystrokes. This usb keyboard is ideal for gaming and office work.
Questions 5: After using the keyboard for a period of time, some keys do not work normally, or double characters are displayed, what should I do?
Answers: This is a stuck key phenomenon. The keyboard needs routine maintenance, with regular cleaning and lubricating. We recommend using mild keyboard cleaners and lubricant, but avoid soaking the keyboard in water. If the above phenomenon still occurs after cleaning the keyboard regularly, please contact the seller or our e-mailS for after-saleS service.
Questions 6: After connecting the usb cable, keyboard may occur: Lights appear stagnant or Lights is not bright. How to solve it?
Answers:
- A. The light does not light up or only partially lights up after connecting the USB cable. Please wait patiently for 20 seconds, due to the above reasons, the keyboard will restart the light control chip;
- B. Firstly connect the computer to the network, then connect the keyboard, wait for the desktop notification bar to appear "the driver installation is complete", and then keyboard can be used normally;
- C. You can try the 9th lighting mode to adjust(FN+9);
- D. The problem has not been solved, please contact the sales team or brand.
