Are the MGBSX1 and MGBLH1 Mini-GBIC Transceivers compatable with Cisco SG300-10P? And what is the difference between the SX and LH?

They work great in my SG300-52MP. I assume they would work for you. The difference as far as I can tell is media type and max distance. Cisco has a page that lists the specs of each.

Why does the photo show MGBLX1 but the text states MGBSX1?

Often times stock pictures of similar products are used to represent them, even if the exact model # is different.
