How to do if the camera cannot connect?
Please try the following troubleshooting suggestions:
1.Please check if the camera has power. turn off the camera and charge your camera using the USB cable and a 5V 1A adapter for 3hours first. Then turn it on to set up.
2.Please check that the indicator light on the back of camera is slowly flashing blue, which means the camera is ready for WIFI connection.
If the indicator light is different, please follow the steps below to reset the camera first:
Restart the camera, press and hold the reset button on the back of the camera for 3 seconds, the indicator light will flash green and blue alternately until it turns blue flashing, indicating a successful reset.
3.Please restart your WIFI router and bring your camera closer to the WiFi router. The camera needs strong WiFi to ensure its access to the internet. If the camera is far away from the router, the WiFi connection might be poor and unstable. Also check if other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi are still online. If the other devices are offline, it means your Wi-Fi is not providing internet access.
4.Please make sure that the WIFI information you entered is completely correct. Special characters such as spaces and uppercase and lowercase letters may cause the connection to fail.
How about Battery life? Battery draining too fast?
Please use the included USB cable and 5V 1.5A charger (not fast charging) to plug into a power outlet to charge the camera. Generally, it takes 8-10 hours to fully charge the camera when the camera is turned off.
The camera is designed to conserve power by going to sleep when there is no motion. However, if there is frequent motion detection, the camera's battery life will be reduced. Here's some helpful information to keep in mind:
- If there is 10 motion detection event per day, the camera will last about 1 months.
- If there is 100 motion detection event per day, the camera will last about 15 days.
- If the camera is constantly recording, it will only last about 9 hours.
Additionally, using the live view in the app will wake up the camera and drain the battery quickly.
If you notice your camera’s battery life is shorter than expected, please check if motion detections are occurring frequently or if live view is being accessed often.

If the camera has no power, it will appear offline. Please charge it for a few hours first.

Also, check if your other devices on the same Wi-Fi are online. If they’re also offline, it means the Wi-Fi itself isn’t providing internet access.
Check if the Wi-Fi password has changed or if any settings on your Wi-Fi router have been modified.
If your Wi-Fi is working well but the camera is still offline, please reset the camera and reconnect it:
1. Restart the camera.
2. Press and hold the reset button on the back for 3 seconds. The indicator light will change, showing that the camera is resetting. You can release the button once this happens.
3. After that, set up the Wi-Fi connection again on your phone using the same process as before.
