Does this camera support 5Ghz network?
The Wifi camera only supports 2.4Ghz Wifi connections, not 5Ghz. lf you have a dual-band Wifi network, make sure that the phone is connected to the 2.4Ghz while setting up the camera.
Note: 5Ghz?5G. 5GHz Is One of Two Bands For Wi-Fi.
Is there a monthly cloud fee? How to view longer SD card/Cloud recording?
Once you set up SD card or Cloud recording, please clicking "Replay" under live feed and view SD card&Cloud recording. Do not go to Alert page, it's 10s alert video.
Do I have to subscribe for a Cloud plan?
No, Cloud is optional. The three storage features (local 10s recording/sd card/cloud) are independent of each other.
Why the camera rotates on its own?
Once the camera is plugged, it rotates automatically to do a self-test to make sure the pan&tilt feature works.
Also after you enabled the "auto-tracking" funtion, the camera rotates to follow the motions.
What should I notice during connecting?
1. It works with 2.4GHz Wifi, 5GHz is not supported.
2. Before connection, verity the camera's indicator light is flashing blue twice per second. if not press & hold the reset button to factory settings.
3. Make the password is correct &has no space.
