Yes, the camera is support 5g and 2.4g wifi. the cloud service is optional. f you subscipted the cloud, you can pay it for dloud storage.lfnot, you can install a 128G micro sd card for video recording.(Not Include)
Does the camera work for outdoor? Is it wireless camera??
Yes, S700 camera is IP66 Waterproof security camera, so it is work for outdoor and indoor both. It is powered by adapter. Not battery camera.
Does the S700 camera track people's movements by rotating? Does it have human detection and zoom capabilities?
The S700 camera is a fixed camera and does not rotate to track people's movements. You can adjust the install angle of camera to monotor fixxed area. However, The S700 camera does feature human detection and 3x zoom functionality.
Why won't the camera I received turn on?
Hello, please check if the power cord and power adapter are functioning properly. You can test by replacing them with other cords and adapters.
Why can't my camera connect to the network?
S700 camera supports 5GHz and 2.4GHz WiFi both.
1. Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds to reset the camera.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and connect to 5G or 2.4G WiFi. Open the app, tap the “+” button to add a device, and connect.
