Is the product rechargeable?
No. This product does not contain batteries and must stay plugged in when in use.
How to use the product?
Plug the type-c into the product interface and the USB connector into a 5V2A output USB power supply such as adapter or power bank, long press the button for 3 -6 sec until the indicator light turns red, indicating that the product has been activated
Why is the product not hot?
1. Check if the power output port used is up to 5V2A, if it is below 2A, it will cause the product not to reach the expected temperature; 2. We have measured it with professional instruments and it can heat up to 140?. Use it close to skin directly
