Update scalp Massager
Idea Gift For AlI
Why is there no silicone cover on the charging port? Is it still waterproof?
Yes! We use advanced internal waterproof sealing, so no flap is needed. It’s 100% safe for shower use. Just ensure the charging port is dry before plugging it in.
Will this device help my hair grow?
It is a massage tool designed to boost scalp circulation and reduce tension. While not a medical hair-growth device, a healthier scalp environment is the best foundation for natural hair growth.
Why did this product shut down after operating for 10 minutes?
No. It has a 10-minute auto-shutoff to prevent over-massaging and save power. One full charge provides 12-16 total sessions. Simply press the power button to start another cycle.
What should I do if the power button isn't working or it won't charge?
Ensure you are using a standard 5V adapter and the cable is fully inserted. If the red light "breathes, it's charging.
Can I use the massager while it is charging?
No. For your safety, the device features a self-protection program that prevents operation during charging. Once the indicator turns green, unplug it to enjoy cordless relaxation.
