HOW IT WORKS
Extend the handles to span the sink rim. The colander holds itself in place while you pour from the pot. Drain. Fold flat in one motion handles tuck in, bowl compresses to 1.4" and slide into a drawer.
HOLE SIZE NOTE
The drainage holes suit pasta, vegetables, and medium-to-large produce. Verified buyer Maddy: "The holes are bigger than a mesh strainer pay attention if straining rice or quinoa." Fine grains and small seeds pass through. Use a fine-mesh strainer for quinoa, rice, and lentils.
POURING TIP
