Why can't the product be searched via Bluetooth?
1: Check whether the product is connected to other Bluetooth devices.
2: Check whether the product is in the Bluetooth waiting connection state.
3: When pairing, please keep the paired device within close range of the product.
Troubleshooting:The sound of the product is low.
1.Turn on Bluetooth search and connect to C15.
2.Tap the Blue Circle with the i in the center of the Blue Circle.
3. In Device Type: Select Speaker or Car Stereo.
4. Disconnect and reconnect C15.
Troubleshooting:Unable to connect the device automatically.
1. The product needs to manually connect to Bluetooth when the first time you use it.
2. Bluetooth device is on and in a relatively close range.
3. Please check if Bluetooth has been connected to other devices.
