To apply
- Skin should be thoroughl cleaned and dried before applying tape
- How to cut the tape
- Tear the release paper from middle,do not start from the edge
- Pull the paper when applying, the stretch willbe 120%, no need extra tretching
- Stop for 3 seconds at the beginning and end when applying,which can reduce itch effectively
- After application, rub tape briskly to activate adhesive
- Apply at least I hour before exercising, swimming or showering
- Roll up the tape from edge when peeling off (recommended)
For best results
- Trim hair
- Clean skin thoroughly
- Apply one hour before activity
- Rub to activate adhesive
- End on skin, not on tape
- Don't stretch ends
- Don't rip off
