how do i know if my current mother board and other hardware will fit right in this case?

first of all you need to know what form factor your mother board is. This case supports the following form factors: micro atx/ atx/ xl atx.
also you need to figure out how big your gpu is. this case supports gpu card lengths up to 322mm or 12.7 inches. now for your cpu cooler if you have a stock cooler it will fit. if you have a third party cooler then as long as it isnt taller than 186 mm or 7.3 inches it will fit. now for your power supply it supports the standard atx ps2 / eps. this case supports up to 9 5.25" drive bays (usually used for optical drives). for the hdd's it supports up to 8 3.5" hdd's (converted from the 5.25" bays by 2 4 in 3 hdd cages) for the 2.5" hdd's it supports up to 13 (8 converted from the 5.25" bay in the same hdd cages as the 3.5" hdds and 4 from the 2.5" hdd cage & 1 from the x-dock)

Just wanted to know how spacious was this PC case exactly...i'm coming from an Antec case ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129021&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Computer+Cases-_-N82E16811129021&gclid=CPHQ2OeUx7oCFQyZ4Aod_gEAOQ) that doesn't give me much room inside for SLI cards and the PSU cords don't really give the video cards enough venting/breathing room...so my question is if there was ample room in this case so that the graphics cards have some inches to themselves for better performance?

To answer your question about space issues, this case has far more space than you could ever ask for (in a good way) it has enough room for an xlATX Mother board so SLI or crossfire isn't a problem at all and the cable management in this case is so perfect that your cables suffocating your cards isn't an issue at all, the hard drive bays will come facing left to right (I would assume for cable management reasons) in term leaving your extra fans pointing away from your cards but they are extremely easy to turn around and face from to back making the fans point right at your video cards and giving them that extra airflow you always dreamed of. My cards dropped about 10 degrees just by flipping the fans around so to answer your question, it has enough space to fit your components and 2 small dogs inside of it ( don't do that) and it has the cable management and airflow capabilities to make video card cooling and crossfire possiblilities easy and efficient. I would rate it a 9/10 it would be 10/10 if it weighed a bit less but that's not a big issue at all, so I would recommend you buy this case For sure! :) sorry for the rambling, I hope I could help you make your decision! Will the top side of the fan accommodate an H100i radiator (240mm)? Will I have to remove the 200mm fan? Can i purchase additional fans for the front, side and bottom of the case, and still be able to use all stock fans?

No, the 240mm will not fit, the max is a radiator with a 200mm fan. 
I replaced the 140mm fan on the rear with the Corsair H60 120mm.

Can i purchase additional fans for the front, side and bottom of the case, and still be able to use all stock fans? 
Yes, I added 2 x Cooler Master SickleFlow 120mm on the side panel. 
The only inconvenient with these new fans is you are not going to be able to control the fan led light and speed with the built-in fan controller. So either you add new fans with no led lights or you set the new fans to run at the max speed all the time; otherwise the fan led lights will blink when they run at low speed.

Question 4

Is it possible with some sort of kit to convert some of he 3.5 in external bays to hot swap?

Accepted Answer

Yes, get a mobile hard drive rack that you can install into your 5 1/4" bays that can be accessed from the front of the case. Such as: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817990001 Make sure to also check to make sure you have a setting on your bios that allows for hot swapping if removing drives while machine is in use.

Question 5

There is no power led wire anywhere. I have all the others, eg: hd led, reset, power switch and speaker. But, there is none labeled 'power led'. I do have a strange 2 pin with fin-clips on it's side, which seems to go nowhere because it bends the MB 3-4 pin fan-power pins when I try install it. So, I have 2 questions what is this weird pin with fins (manual has no answer) and where or what do I use for the power led connection on the 'quick connect' to the MB?

On the Cooler Master support forums shortly after i bought the case i found a wiring guide detailing how to wire the fan controller which is why you have the additional 2 pin connectors for the fan leds. The molex pass-through connector also serves as your front i/o power source to power the front panel leds. im sorry i cannot link you tot he page but im sure you will find it with a quick search of the following "cooler master storm trooper fan controller"
