will this psu support a evga gtx 770 4gb version? minimun requirements are 600 watts at 48 amps.

not interested in over clocking anything, just need to make sure if not so i can look into buying a new psu, my specs are

Would you recommend this as a replacement for the power supply that came with my purchase of a  HEC 6C28BBX585 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 585W Power Supply back in 2013?

Well that depends on how many drives you have in your system. I currently am running a Cooler Master i750 - 750W power supply in my main system, but I have five harddrives, two DVD drives, one is a Blue ray burner and a high end Nvidia graphics card a sealed water cooled CPU cooling system as well as two system fans. All these draw power, I add up how much wattage all these draw and usually give myself at least a 200W grace buffer. You never want your power supply to work hard to keep all your peripherals powered up, and the older a power supply gets the harder it is for it to put out the same amount of power, that's why the 200W padding. I can tell you that Cooler Master has about the best power supplies for my money. If the power supply in question died due to being over worked, you might need more than a 600W power supply, the best thing is to look on all your drives,  and other peripherals that share space and power inside your computer caqse, add it all up and if it's no more than 400 - 450Watts then your be alright with a 600W supply, if it adds up to 500W or more, I'd go with at least a 700 - 750W. If you don't want to go through the hassle of trying to figure it all out, than a good rule of thumb, is if you have say two Hard drives and one DVD/CD ROM drive and a run of the mill video card then a 600W is probably going to work very well for you for a long time and Cooler Master is for my money one of the very best.
