Palm Grip mice are known to be just alittle shorter than Ambidextrous mice, Slightly taller, I'd say a little smaller than an XL size pair of gloves cause my fingers go over top of the left and right click. Palm mice are made to grip the sides tightly, so naturally they have a nice cave in for your thumb. Helps get that little extra pin point accuracy. I have a big hand and I consider this mouse to have large size glove dimensions. I just cant give you perfect length and width. Its something you'd have to feel on your own. This mouse is definatly worth the money. I stand by it 100%
