The fan on the switch is chattering. It is very distracting. Will this replace the switch I have? Only description is Green Switching Power Supply - 500w. It looks like this part with lots of wiring. Does this part come fully assembled with the proper connectors?

it replaces the whole power supply unit. if you don't know anything about computers, i would not recommend buying one of these on your own as there are many wires and plugs that might not fit your machine.
