I have 4 sticks of this RAM (4 Gb each) for a total of 16 Gb installed on my computer. I would like to add 16 Gb more, could I buy 2 8Gb sticks and install that? Or do I have to install 4 4Gb sticks more?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us in regards to your question. You can install 2 8GB sticks of RAM and will work with your RAM that you have installed now. However, if your motherboard only has 4 RAM slots, then you will need to uninstall 2 sticks of RAM to install the 2 8GB of RAM. But if your motherboard has more than 4 slots of RAM, then you can install the 2 8GB sticks and leave the remaining RAM sticks as it is. Thank you, Newegg Support
