Cons: - This set of 2 x 1GB sticks of RAM is pretty expensive. This isn't Newegg's problem, but the market.

Overall Review: My mother has an aging Lenovo ThinkCentre and wanted to step into the world of Windows 7 (from XP). I added this kit along with the 1GB stick she already had installed and Windows 7 runs great for her needs. This RAM is pretty expensive for the size of the sticks though, so I'm deducting an egg.

Pros: Is inexpensive, able to overclock decently, and stable. Settings are 1T-2.5,3,3,6 at 2.85 V and DDR468 ~ 234 MHz (282x5/6) with an AMD 64 Venice3200+ at 2.54 GHz (1.4875V, 282x9). Why pay more for performance 2GB kits when these do it for a lot less? Maybe I was lucky, or just know what I'm doing, since I've had these for 3.5 months with no problems and the sticks are now ~fifty$ cheaper.

Cons: Not stable at CAS# Latency 2 and high freq, but it's value RAM so that's not expected.

Pros: This memory is great I've put all my games to max settings and not a flaw. Works well with EVGA 7800 GT 256mb. Now i see why everyone has good things to say about Corsair. Price was good to.

Overall Review: Folks need to remember when using dual channel mememory...MAKE SURE it's the same TYPE and same VERSION. If not then you WILL NOT get maximum effiency. How do I know this? I called Corsair before making my purchase and their tech department was very helpful.

Overall Review: We have 14 sticks of Corsair memory in four Macs, and have used Corsair memory in Macs and PCs for many years. We always buy Corsair or Crucial and avoid any memory problems. Highly recommended. Buy from newegg.com for the very best service and good prices.

Pros: I do want to apologize for the wrong Remark I wrote on my previous review, I found out in this particular case with valueSelect 2Gb kit, IT WASN'T Corsair's fault. It was a defective ASUS A8N-E came bad suddenly after installing this new memory kit. To be honest this mobo mentioned above never worked as I expect(stable way). I replaced with a Biostar mobo TFORCE4 U and runs smooth, not particularly speedy, but fast enough anyway. I do prefer stable rather than fast an unstable (my XMS series experience)

Cons: Doesn't come with a memory cooler(spreader), so just buy two of them.

Overall Review: Great memory, not cheap but worth it.

Pros: Its Corsair, you don't get much better than that. Installed the memory, booted to a MemTest86 disk and ran a 12 hour burnin test of the memory, not a single error. PC has been on and performing number crunching activities 24/7 since with not one issue.

Cons: None yet.

Pros: I purchased this memory as an upgrade for a nearly severn-year-old Dell Dimension 3000 computer that I was repairing for co-worker (the machine originally shipped with 512 MB of system memory). When I received the memory, I immediately opened the system case, removed the original two 256 MB sticks of RAM and replaced them with these two 1 GB sticks, and powered up the system. What a difference it made in the performance (and appearance of the system---it was like I injected it with nitrous oxide!! The system was not nearly as laggy and sluggish, but was much more responsive to my mouse clicks and loaded Windows much quicker!

Cons: None whatsoever!

Overall Review: This is one of the few name brands that I trust for compatiblity and reliability as I have purchased Corsair memory before. From my personal experience, Corsair is one of my favorites when it comes to memory and PSUs.
