Is this product compatible with the Dell Dimension Series 5100C?

RAM is RAM.  As long as you match up the most pertinent information such as in my moms computer I went from 1GB to 2GB of RAM.  All I did was match up the rest.  Her old RAM was 240 pin, DDR2, SDRAM, 533, PC2 4200 1GB.  I just made sure everything was exactly the same except for the 2GB instead of 1GB and it was all good!!!!  As long as you match up all the details, then the motherboard will accept it.  You'll need to pull the RAM out of your Dell & find out all the details of it then see if it matches this one!!!  If it does then yes it will work!!!

I have an ECS MB that I have 2 Corsair VS512MB533D2 modules installed and working fine, a little slow. I can only add a total of 2 
GIG's of memory. I have tried 2 sets of 2-1MB modules and the computer will not boot. The manual states the modules need to be
(unbuffered DDR2 SDRAM) will your memory modules work with my system? My MB is an ECS P4M800PRO-M.

Hi Steve K you can add the 2 set of 1MB to the motherboard but that will make it even slower seen how come its less ram on the system.If you system is running 2GB already of the 2 Corsair and system is still slow then it might be a OS issue recommend saving all you important documents and re-installing OS. Also with you don't want to re-install OS check out this program System Mechanic Pro works really good at cleaning up and optimizing OS to make it run faster.

are these double-sided dimms with x16 organization?

It is a dual channel kit and is 240 pin, I believe these are dual sided dimms, but even if they aren't (unlikely) they will be same as dual sided dimms, so don't worry about the dimms.. Worry about the speed the type of ram socket (240pin) and the type and memory size of the ram!
