I want to buy 2 x 16GB and in the future, add two more to increase my memory to 64. These advertise as 2x16 and I wonder if there is any reason 4X16 should not be installed?

I have 2x16 now, its just the particular sku their selling. They sell a 4x16 with a fan, it doesnt matter. Theres is no practicle reason for 64 unlesss youre running a server with several virtual machines. Get this for now then a second in a couple years

Compatible with Gigabyte Gaming GT? They say it is, but is it really? I bought other RAM on their QVL and they removed it! HA!

Buying 2011-v3 X99 Asus 3.1USB MB, running my Intel i7 5420K 6 Core CPU. Need to know if this memory is 100% compatible??  Please advise

The easiest way to tell would be to go to the mobo manufacturers website and find the mobo you are looking at purchasing. Then, under support, chose memory/device support. They usually want to know what cpu you intend to use as that effects what ram will work. So find the one that's compatible.

Good news for you! I did the work just now already. I looked up under both the standard board and the sabertooth model just to be safe. They were the same. It looks like the 3000 clock speed is not supported by default. So the mobo would just throttle back the ram clock speed to one it could use. (2800 by the looks of it). If you intend to OC then this shouldn't be a problem.

This is desktop memory google shows that the  ROG Asus I7 6th gen is a laptop. however Usually when you install memory you want to put in the same memory and not mix brands or speeds. If you have a slower memory the CPU's memory controller will automatically clock down to the slowest memory module

Corsair does not make ram. Hynix, Samsung, and Micron make the actual ram. Corsair, Adata, Oloy, they all simply put  whichever heat sink they want on it then sell it to us. I ordered this ram and it was made by Hynix.

Putting that issue aside, you should be able to simply buy another set of this exact ram and put it on your motherboard if there are open slots. Or just sell your current ram and buy a 2 x 32gb kit.

Is the 2x16GB(CMK32GX4M2B3000C15) compatible with EVGA Z390 FTW? In the supported list it only says the 4x8GB(CMK32GX4M4C3000C15) works.

Myself personally would go with the ones the supported list says to use but I would also do a little more research on it as the supported list has been proven wrong at times. I know for a fact that it was on the on the ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING motherboard that I bought and that was the MB listing on ram  but Istrongly suggest doing more research on it before buying
