Will this work with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with a MSI B350 TOMAHAWK in general? My first build as well.

The Tomahawk supports up to DDR4-3200 and these are DDR4-3000 so they will be compatible. I have these RAM cards in my build with a Ryzen 7 1800x and Asus ROG and they work wonderfully. At 32 gb I have been hard pressed to reach 40% RAM capacity under heavy load. You will enjoy them.

Is this memory compatible with Asus Z370 Rog Strix ?

It looks as the Pins and megahertz line up fine so they should be compatible I have had no problems or issues with mine and its all still working perfect both motherboards run a 2133 megahertz and both have 4 X DIMM 64gb ddr4 specs so the ram should work as intended in both pcs

Is this memory the same asCMK32GX4M4B3000C15? I can see in my motherboard's list of supported mememory the version B3000 (4x8gb) but I can't see this version C3000 (4x8gb)

If your motherboard supports DDR4, 8 GB chips, these will most likely work just fine. The timing isn't too crazy and the voltage is standard. These are one of the best chips out there.
