I have the same kit already in quad channel but the one I bought came with the fans and has a different Model #CMD32GX4M4B3000C15. I would like to add another quad channel set but don't want to purchase another set with two more fans if I don't have to. I didn't even use the first two. Will these be compatibility with Model # CMD32GX4M4B3000C15? All the specs and timings seem to be the same. Only difference I see is the other Model # comes with fans. Thanks

This set is 100% compatible with the #CMD32GX4M4B3000C15.  As you mentioned, the difference between the C and B model numbers is that B includes the RAM fans, but the voltage, CAS latency, and speed remain the exact same. They are the same exact DIMMs
