What is the difference between this model "CMW32GX4M4Z3200C16" and "CMW32GX4M4C3200C16"? The difference in the model number is the "C" and Z". My motherboard is the MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon. The "C" model shows up as compatible on the list but not the Z model Thank you!

I'm not an avid overclocker, but from what I have read, some say the CMW32GX4MZ3200C16 will not overclock as high (2666) as the CMW32GX4MC20016 (3200) in a Ryzen machine. The claim is that the Z version is made for intel and the C version for Ryzen. That just what I have read, don't take it as the gospel. I do know for a fact that I have not been able to get mine to go past 2666 and it is the Z version, but I always figured that it was a board limitation since I'm running an early X370. I hope this helps.
