Is this compatible with Gigabyte X570 Mini-itx motherboard running AMD Ryzen 9 3950x ?

Not sure, I have an ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFI).
Check the manufacturer's Qualified Vendor's List to see if this memory is pre-approved (probably not, it is not on the my rig's QVL).
The timings on the Vengeance are not very good. If your rig needs 128 GB, then I would go ahead and purchase as this is the only solution I could find 5 months ago.
I run linux, so overclocking my rig has to wait until I purchase a copy of Windows to run the tweak software. But this memory passed an 8% memory boost and has been very stable:
* Target CPU Speed:3800MHz
*Target DRAM Frequency: 3600 MHz
*Target FCLK Frequency:1800MHz
My Ryzen 9 3950X screams with this memory. I am very satisfied with this tuning now, but soon my needs change as I will need more processing power. I will also need to populate with a second DRAM kit to get to 128 GB as I have a large data set to keep in memory.
If you do not NEED the memory size, if you are gaming, I would definitely select memory with a lower CAS latency.

Which version is it? I need it for my Asus Rog Strix B550-i
5.49 or 3.44

I got the same answer from NewEgg, that I should reference the Corsair website. They told me they are not trained to establish what version of the ram they have in stock and cannot guarantee which version of the ram will be shipped to me. I have a Asus TRX40-XE and require ver.5.49 (non-b.Die). The item would be freight forwarded to New Zealand, I simply cannot afford to have the wrong version of ram sent to me. As a result. I have not purchased from NewEgg. Newegg if you are reading this, you need to fix this problem it is affecting your sales of this product.

will this kit work with a MSI MAG Z390 TOMAHAWK ? I looked on the QVL but it jumps around so much it made my head hurt. Im thinking NO, but would love to slam this thing with 64gb of ram

Are these the CMK64GX4M2D3600C18 ver:5.49 ? its the Hynix M-die as the QVLs ?

Mine came in last week and were version 3.44 with the Micron die. Installed them on an Asus ROG Strix Z490-E Gaming mobo with an Intel 19-10900KF CPU. They run perfect at 3600mhz after enabling XMP 2 in the BIOS.
