Anyone succesfully used these AMD Radeon R7?

If I'm getting your question correctly, I think your asking if anyone runs these with the R7, I can't say I have used with the R7, but I have 16GB of this ram running very happily with an AMD R9 280x

Is this ram good for my MSI Z87-G43 gaming motherboard with a Intel core i5-4690 LGA 1150 ??

Assuming it fits your motherboard, this is great ram from a excellent manufacturer. I have been running it in one of my gaming PC's since 2013 without any problems. Because of the heat sink, it runs very cool which is a plus. I have used Corsair Memory for a long time in and it is in several systems that I have built myself.
