Are these compatible with the Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 and the AMD FX-9370? i don't want to buy another set that's wrong. again.

The ASUS site does NOT list this as compatible.
The compatibility list is  available on the ASUS site under your motherboard's support page.
The CORSAIR RAM closest to this that is also on the compatibility list is  CMT32GX3M4X1866C9 -- which is out of stock on new egg.

The real difference between the two is the timings, 10-11-10-30 (CAS10) for this set vs. 9-10-9-27 (CAS9) for what is on the ASUS list. Chances are that this RAM WILL work, but rather than roll the dice, I would check the compatibility list to see what has been tested by ASUS and make another choice.

is the RED version (32GB) compatible with Asus Maximus Extreme V mobo? cause i can not find it on the asus compatible list on the main webpage. The black version of the 32GB is. thank you

The color doesn't make a difference, it would still work if the black version is supported.

Unfortunately, your ASUS M5A99FC Pro R2.0 motherboard is not listed in Corsair's Memory Finder.  The ASUS M5A99X EVO board is listed though. Not sure this would work since the timing for this Corsair Vengeance 32GB kit is 10-11-10-30.
