I know the fans are daisy chained together which makes you end up with one connecter that connects to the mother board, the fan pins are 4pwm pins, not sure about the pump connector.

It depends on what direction you install the fans, as with any case fans.
If you install the fans with the corsair logo facing away from the radiator, like in the product picture, it will blow air through the radiator.
