Does this come with esc, delete, and enter keys or is this just the 26 letters of the alphabet?

This is a full 105 key set.  It includes every key.
I replaced the worn keys on my Corsair K70 Cherry Browns about 6 months ago and they are holding up very well.... still look new.

Question 2

Do these keycaps dim the backlighting? Every aftermarket set of PBT caps I've tried so far significantly dims the backlighting and also have extremely small fonts making it very difficult to read.

They dim them a BIT but not to the level the factory keys do (IMO), that's part of the point of the PBT Doubleshot keys. To my mind the font is easier to read than the default one, but it also depends on your keyboard. Mine is a Strafe RGB.

The Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro keyboards use Cherry MX switches too so I would say yes.  I know for a fact that the WASD replacement caps fit that keyboard.
