Pros: Bright RGB LEDs, pushes a good amount of air, looks really good and stands out when visible inside the case. The iCUE software has really evolved and it's pretty easy to configure software with the software. For example I was able to have the fans show a Red Superman logo that dimmed into a Blue Batman looking logo whenever I play Injustice 2. Similarly, I set up the Overwatch logo when playing Overwatch. These fans push a good amount of air, and look good while doing it.This fan is best used on the top or as an exhaust if you want to get the full stunning visual effect of the fan. I have also have the black versions of this and these white ones really do stand out a bit more in comparison.
Cons: You really want these fan's housing to be viewable. Its the best looking fan housing I've ever seen, so if you plan on using RGB fans for the front and all you really can see is the blades, it may be best to get the (possibly) cheaper black housing version.
Overall Review: What a great set of fans. The Node software is easy to use and program, the fans themselves are beautiful, Corsair-Quality, and push a nice amount of air.
Pros: -ARGB with light loop -moves a pretty decent amount of air -Quiet under around 60% max rpm and vacuum cleaner at 85%+ -comes with node pro to control the lighting including the ability to add a second hub for a total of 12 fans off of one RGB controller Unarguably the best looking ARGB fans out on the market right now
Cons: The node pro only controls lighting of the fans, there is no fan controller for operating them and at this price point for 3 fans with a lighting controller, why not just add a fan controller as well. On the subject of adding stuff, why are the controller and the hub seperate? With all these extra wires and the 2 sata power plugs required to run these, cable management is a bit of a nightmare.
Overall Review: RGB lighting looks the best on white surfaces, which simply makes these fans the best ARGB fans out there. No one comes close to the premium quality of the fans themselves + icue which controls them is incredibly easy to use especially if you have a bunch of other corsair's quality peripherals. Cable management as i've said is tricky, and i don't understand why you can't combine the boxes and also have a built in fan controller especially if it's using 2 Sata power connectors. At least it's not molex connectors. I miss the physical buttons but with addressable RGB you can't really have a button and icue is actually not an issue to use at all.
Pros: • Quiet • Cool LED lighting • Minimal & recyclable packaging • Heavy-duty materials. Thick quality cabling. Heavy plastic frame. Thin but sturdy fan blades. • Dynamic fan speed adjustment via PVM • Looks better than any other LED fan. • Soft built-in sound baffles eliminate vibration sounds. Nice. • Easy setup
Cons: None
Overall Review: Easy setup – attach to case, and plug it in. Ribbon cables are a little messy, and take up more space, IMO. • This is a quality fan. Through and through will make any other fan look and feel cheap by comparison. • So quiet. Really just a whisper and it moves the air well. • Time will tell how long it will last, but something tells me that it is going to outlast many competing fans. • To take full advantage, you SHOULD use with Corsair lighting node pro • The fan is easy to install, as it should be, and looks great. If setting up in a white case, this should look amazing. My case is black, so it stands out and doesn’t fit my style. • A tad bit expensive, but fully featured. No egg deduction, because you get what you pay for. • Software is OK. Could be a bit better, as it feels thrown together. Only controls lighting, but does not control fan speed – why not?
Pros: Good airflow with 63 cfm. 120mm fan is on the smaller side but will fit where necessary Noise level is ideal ad 36 dba. Rubber pads help keep vibrations and noise levels down White color really allows the rgb colors to pop Corsair 2 year warranty period is absolutely great. Having dealt with Corsair support in the past, I can say that with minimal hassle you will have working parts again. Refund within 30 days. Dynamic speed control - can be controlled with software Very bright LEDs Easy to install and get working to make the aesthetics of your build look much better
Cons: Longer warranty would be nice
Overall Review: Requires additional Lighting Node PRO and RGB LED Fan Hub to control the lights with software Power connection 4 pin Combo pack with 2 fans and lighting controls is not cheap. Lighting controls are not cheap iCUE just keeps getting better and better and more robust. When it first came out, it kept crashing on my computer. Now, it is much more stable. I use it to control my Corsair Void, Corsair k65 lux, and Corsair Glaive. There is definitely a learning curve to the software but the customization is outstanding. Linux software support is iffy at best. There is a project called ckb-next that I highly recommend. The developers of this project are nice and responsive. I'm not sure the fans are support yet, but many Corsair devices are supported by this software and are sometimes non-functional in Linux.
Pros: +Quality built fan, in my opinion anyways. I have the white framed version with the white fan blades. It goes really well with my white colored Corsair RM750X power supply. +It has 4 rubber bumpers to reduce vibration noise. +The configurable preset color patterns look really great on it.
Cons: -If you want any lighting/colors you will need to have or buy a CORSAIR Lighting Node PRO and RGB LED Fan Hub device that controls the colors. -It has 2 separate wires connected to it. One is the standard 4 pin speed control wire, the other wire is for connecting to the pro hub which controls the lighting. All this adds a lot of wires, especially with multiple fans.
Overall Review: There isn’t a whole lot to say about fans, but I'm happy with this fan, although it's kind of expensive. It's totally silent up to 1600rpm, and ok up to 1900rpm. Anything over that rpm is noticeable to me. You can still use this fan without the color controlling hub. You just won't have any lighting. Most of the higher quality fans are expensive anyways.
Pros: These fans from Corsair are great! I have been using a set of the ML120 series fans for over a year now, so I have the node pro/RGB hub and was able to drop this fan into that set to give it a good test. As with the previous set, I dropped this one into my wife's system, and it has been working flawlessly! These fans really are a great balance between form and function. It's a fan, so it's got a pretty easy job, move air. These fans do that very well, but they also look great doing it! The ML120 set has been running strong for over a year, I have a few different other sets of Corsair fans, all 120's, and they are all still going strong. I have no reason to expect this one to be any different, we will see.
Cons: - None. Corsair really does make good quality fans.
Overall Review: There are many fan options out there, but the Corsair offerings have become some of my favorite. If you can swing it, get a few of these and hook them up through a none pro and hub to create some wild effects! Highly recommended!
Pros: Love these fans they look good in my corsair case with tempered glass side, front, and top. Setting the colors with icue software is fairly easy also. Come with a control box that uses one usb motherboard header, and can connect up to six fans on it. Case came with the same so now I have an extra in case anything ever goes wrong. They cool well and are quiet.
Cons: I haven't found and cons with these fans. only thing is just figuring out how you want to set them up in your case and run cables for cable management.
Overall Review: These do cost more then some other brands but they are worth every penny. Get em you wont be disappointed.

Pros: For this review I used Corsair’s iCUE software and my motherboard’s built in PWM fan headers. The fans were installed in a Fractal Design Define C with one of the fans used for an AIO water cooler radiator. In the current market, there are fans with RGB rings and there are fans with RGB hubs, but not many with both like Corsair’s LL series of RGB fans. That being the case, these are the fans to get if that’s what you’re looking for, and double that statement if you are building a white themed system. There are 16 individually controllable LEDs and when coupled and setup with Corsair’s iCUE software results in an astonishing possible number of lighting effect combinations. This is especially true as you can pour layer upon layer of effects for the fans in the software. These fans have some heft to them. They are a bit thicker than your standard case fans. Add to that the built-in rubber bumpers and you have a product that feels like quality. These are nine blade fans with a rated static pressure of 3.0 mm-H2O with rated airflow of 63 cfm, which means they are very good for pushing air through anything that provides resistance such as radiators and grilles. However, the high flow and pressure ratings may be due to the high rotational speed (and the noise that goes with it).
Cons: The few minor nits to pick for these fans center around the consistency of the fans with their advertised specifications and the iCUE software. These fans are rated at 2200 rpm ± 10% speed with a minimum speed rated at 360 rpm. In reality, all three fans I received exceed 2600 rpm and are very loud when going full throttle. You will definitely want to control these fans using PWM headers with a profile that will keep acoustics at a sensible level. For my particular motherboard, fans run at full speed until reaching the Windows 10 login screen so it’s a bit jarring to have the initial start up sequence sound like a jet taking off. For the low end, using Asus’ FanXpert software to determine the fan speed curves for each of the three fans resulted in minimum speeds of 438, 704, and 723 rpm which is again a bit off from published specification. The good news is at 800 rpm the fans are inaudible. Using a standard PWM fan profile for my motherboard, I didn’t see any of the fans’ speed exceed 1700 rpm during stress testing and the noise level at that speed was perfectly acceptable. The final slight against these fans is the iCUE software. It’s a bit clunky, slow to load, and sometimes the fan LEDs do not respond to the changes made in the software. For my set up, iCUE takes about 30 seconds to load and apply programmed lighting effects after logging in. Until it kicks in you will have the default spinning rainbow light effect. After loading, Windows task manager shows iCUE taking 2-4% CPU resources on an Intel i7 to constantly run in the background. The software could use some work.
Overall Review: This is a packaged deal Corsair has put together, so let’s compare what’s bundled. The MSRP for this kit is $120, but typically sells for less. For that price you get: three120mm LL fans ($35 MSRP each), one Lighting Node Pro ($60 MSRP), and one LED six-port fan hub ($10 MSRP). You’re getting $175 in parts which is a good deal. However, if you already have a Corsair Commander Pro or Lighting Node Pro you may be better served by purchasing these fans à la carte. Be aware of the need to segregate other Corsair RGB fan products since they won’t play well with each other. For example, you cannot run Corsair’s ML fans on the same node as these LL fans. On a final note, since PWM control is crucial for these fans ensure you have either three PWM headers available or PWM adapters to accommodate these fans. Also, you will need an available USB motherboard header and two available SATA power connectors (one for the Lighting Node Pro and one for the six-port fan hub). Overall, these fans are quite eye catching and the build quality is top-notch. The emergence of all-white systems in the last few years with matching all-white cases, motherboards, RAM, etc has left a gap with respect to white framed LED fans. Corsair has now filled that gap and is pretty much the only game in town.
