This unit is a standard ATX PSU. It is compatible with all standard ATX motherboards, BUT, it may not have the wattage needed. If you are running a high-end CPU with a TPD of 95 watts or more, a decently powerful GPU, and any optical storage, this will likely not be enough. I strongly suggest you check out a power supply calculator like Newegg's https://www.newegg.com/tools/power-supply-calculator/ to determine what exactly your will need.

Is this the CX-M 2015 Edition or the original? If you look at the documentation (and Johnny Guru reviews) the original editions are only rated to run continuously at 30 degrees Celsius, whereas the 2015 edition is rated at 40C. What are the thermals like? Have you had thermal related shutdowns?

I purchased the older model. Honestly, if you're PSU is running continuously at 30 degrees C, then you have other issues that are way more important.
